10 to 30 YEAR FIXED RATE MORTGAGES

A fixed Rate Closed End Mortgage Loan secured by a borrower’s primary residence. Lien must be in a “first” position on the property.

Features:

  1. Minimum amount $25,000.00
  2. No Points.
  3. Up to 80% Appraised Equity, owner occupied one family home
  4. Up to 80% Appraised Equity, owner occupied 2 - 4 family dwelling
  5. Lien placed for full amount of the loan
  6. 40% Debt-to-Income on Total Indebtedness
  7. 5% late fee of payment on payments more than 10 days past due.
  8. Escrow not required for taxes and insurance.
